I am a PhD candidate in the Philosophy Department at Brown University. In the coming academic year, I will be at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, as a Sawyier Predoctoral Teaching Fellow. My main interests lie in ethics and moral psychology. I also have active research interests in Kant's practical philosophy, and the history of philosophy in general. My research so far has focused on questions concerning how we should live. These include inquiries into what makes for a good life, and issues relating to moral motivation. When I am not pursuing my research interests or my passion for teaching, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my cat Panda.
